49 years experience in Design, Consultancy and Servicing.
Our engineers work with Mechanical and Electrical installations
in Industrial, Production and Mobile applications.
Our experience covers the Marine, Aeronautical and Transportation
Industries as well as many types of General engineering.
Our objective is to provide complete design solution
for all our customers needs, ranging from simple specialist
tools to Turnkey design projects with the in-house capability
to complete full design and production with full post
commissioning, service backup. |

Liaison Engineer
Friendly
and approachable, our staff is on hand to offer a personal
and professional relationship, ensuring all our customers
can impart their ideas and requirements to us in the knowledge
that we will take your project personally.
Each customer will have access to a dedicated engineer responsible
for the running of the design and build. |

Project
Management Our
experienced and dedicated project manager takes charge
of the programme during the conception stage and liaises
with the design team to ensure realistic objectives
are laid down from the outset. During the project he
will be your first point of contact with HTS and will
be available for regular progress meetings.
Commissioning
All
Commissioning and acceptance will be carried out by
our fully qualified Engineers from our Hydraulic, Electrical
and Fabrication Departments. This will be completed
prior to handover of equipment or installations.
The project manager will remain on hand throughout the
production phase and will not hand over the equipment
until full commissioning and acceptance has been carried
out to your satisfaction. |

On
site training will be given to all operatives on the new equipment
or system. |

Full
O&M Manual As the project draws to a successful
conclusion the team will produce full documentation for the
project. This Operation and Maintenance Manual (O&M Manual)
will cover topics such as: |

| Warranty
All work carried out
by HTS is fully guaranteed and we will endeavor to keep
system downtime to an absolute minimum. In the unlikely
event of equipment failure all repairs will be carried
out by our own dedicated team, with full priority. We
do not out-source our engineers therefore we can ensure
a rapid response to your situation.
As sole responsible contractor, the client need not
worry about other companies as we see to all problems
personally.

Follow-up
Maintenance programme
HTS has the necessary industry experience to draw upon to define
efficient and relevant maintenance programmes to optimise equipment
life and keep machinery downtime to a minimum. This will be
implemented by our in house service engineering staff. |
