minutes wait at our trade counter and you will be back
in business. We can also repair hoses on site with our
portable hose swaging equipment and mobile engineering

Hydraulic
Ram Reseal
With our enormous stock of seal kits, the usual wait of a
few days for spare parts is usually avoided. In the event
that your hydraulic ram is non standard, our next day deliveries
from all the seal manufacturers ensure the fastest turnaround
of your repair, while damaged rods can be re-manufactured
in our machine shop.

Scored or rusty cylinder bores can be easily repaired
with our honing equipment, making an expensive replacement
cylinder unnecessary. This will prove cost effective
and will reduce your down time.
Fault Finding
HTS are specialists in on site hydraulic and electric
fault finding and rectification on all types of equipment.
This ranges from simple leaks on pipework to electrical
control panel faults, PLC control units, major system
breakdown or malfunction. This can be carried out in
our fully equipped workshops, or one of our fully trained
mobile engineers can visit your site to trouble shoot
your fault and rapidly return your equipment to service. |

Spares
(next day)
Our friendly trade counter staff are on hand to offer advice
on the best method of replacing worn or broken parts. These
are often available off the shelf, but if not we are usually
able to procure replacement spares within 24 hours. If the
part is available in the UK we will do our utmost to ensure
the fastest part delivery possible. We have the specialist
product knowledge to offer alternatives to your requirements
if your parts are no longer available, Where appropriate our
design department may be able to modify your system for upgrade
to adapt to new component design.
Des
Case
We are the UK agents for Des Case air drying tank breathers,
which offer a low cost means of eliminating the problems associated
with condensation forming in hydraulic reservoirs. These simply
fit in place of a standard tank filler breather and dry the
air as it renters the reservoir. These are essential when
Bio degradable hydraulic oil is used, as this is very moisture
intolerant, where water ingress will greatly accelerate the
degrading process of the oil. |

We maintain a large stock of steel tube from which we can
produce steel pipes to your pattern or instructions with the
capability to manufacture compression fittings or flared ends.
Our vast stock of hydraulic hose and adaptors makes hose manufacture
simple. You can bring along your damaged or burst hoses to
our trade counter as a pattern for our while you wait service.
Alternatively our mobile engineers can swage hoses on site
with our mobile tooling. |

Electrical
Support
Due
to the necessity for electrical and computer control
of Hydraulics in modern industry we retain our own electrical
department staffed by electrical engineers qualified
to 16th Edition standards. You also have the reassurance
of dealing with an Electrical Contractors Association
accredited company.
This
department can be drawn upon for fault diagnosis, repair
and service of your equipment. |

A 24 hour call out facility is available to our customers
for emergency breakdowns which happen out of hours. The emergency

on call engineers who will do his utmost to give you best
advice to get you back in operation as efficiently as possible,
